The Administrative Officers for the Future Program is back for a second year, with applications due by noon Wednesday, Nov. 19.

The program is open to º£½ÇÔ­´´ campus and UC º£½ÇÔ­´´ Health System employees who have at least one year at UC º£½ÇÔ­´´, are past probation and have career status; and who are in a PSS Grade 2-8 position (e.g., Analyst 2-8).

Begun last year, the program aims to cultivate a diverse pool of highly talented and motivated staff interested in pursuing administrative officer positions (e.g., chief administrative officers, management services officers, department administrators, program managers).

The program supports UC º£½ÇÔ­´´â€™ commitment to develop and retain a distinguished and diverse staff and is intended to increase participants’ sense of community and commitment to UC º£½ÇÔ­´´.
